Welcome to MO Triangle. We aim to be THE place to go for information about the sideline triangle offense.

Of course, this offense is most notable because Phil Jackson employed it as his teams in Chicago and Los Angeles won eleven NBA championships in twenty seasons. His teams never missed the playoffs and only went out in the first round of the playoffs twice.

The “mastermind” of the Triple-Post Sideline Triangle offense is Tex Winter who was an assistant coach with the Bulls’ and Lakers’ championship teams.

As we develop this site, the stories of these men (at least the parts related to basketball) will surely have to be told but the main point of this site is to teach and to promote the offense as I, MO Triangle, believe it is the best offense devised to date for maximizing the strength of a team where most other offensive systems rely too heavily on a star’s ability to carry his/her teammates.

Of course, there is no shortage of people, “experts” even, who will disagree with me. I’m cool with that. All of them are free to develop their own sites to promote their opinions.
